
This apricot and almond roll will satisfy your sugar cravings for sure! It’s extremely easy to make and you can form the mixture not only like a roll but like balls, bars, and other shapes. It’s one super delicious dessert that contains only healthy ingredients!

Ingredients

- 150 g whole almonds
- 200 g soft, dry apricots
- 50 g desiccated coconut
- 2 Tbsp almond butter
- 1 Tsp almond extract
- 1 Orange, zested
- 2 Drops of orange oil
- 1 Tbsp orange water
Instructions
- Line a sushi mat with plastic wrap and set aside.
- In a food processor, add the almonds and apricots and process until roughly chopped.
- Add the coconut and process again until a paste forms. Scrap down the sides of the blender as necessary.
- Add the remaining ingredients and blend again until everything is well combined.
- Transfer the mixture on the sushi mat and form a roll. Chill for at least an hour, slice and enjoy!
